Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all original packaging and receipts. A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products , custom orders, gift cards or promotional items. All pool and spa sales are final upon delivery.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Cash refunds over $50 may be issued by check within 7–10 business days. If you paid by credit/debit card, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is not in stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.
How to Make a Return:
- All returns must be made in-store
- Bring the item(s) along with your original receipt.
- All returns are subject to employee discretion.
